So there's that... I guess I have that.
-I am a blog mooch.
-I am going to Baton Rouge this weekend with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday with his family.
-I cannot wait to be done with this school.
-My mom is in Portland, Oregon with my grandma who just had back surgery.
-My brother is moving out next month.
-My dad might get to do some cool FBI-type stuff.
-I still have unpacked drawers from this summer.
-My boyfriend and I went on a "fancy date" on Monday and had a blast.
-I don't understand God.

Today I read an A.W. Tozer quote on Pastor Tim's blog. This line was particularly convicting:
"We please Him most, not by frantically trying to make ourselves good, but by throwing ourselves into His arms with all our imperfections and believing that He understands everything and loves us still."
I think much of my spiritual life has consisted of frantically trying to make myself good.

So how would someone who is ever-so-slightly perfectionism-prone and neurotic throw herself into His arms? What does that look like?
