Jesus loves me. JESUS loves me. Jesus LOVES me. Jesus loves ME.
So much of me is consumed as of late by this truth. I'm tired of telling people to wake up, snap out of it, grow up, straighten up, etc. If we really understood what it means that Jesus loves us, everything would change. My attitude for so long has been one of turning the money-changers tables, and I realize that there are times for that. But the overwhelming theme of the New Testament is love, not annoyance, not anger. We love because He first loved us. I have wanted to take action instead of being a reaction. hmmm. so much to ponder.
